Guided Development for Officers Under 21
The Staff Mentorship Program provides structured support to officers under the age of 21 as they begin their careers.
Mentor Assignment
Officers are paired with a senior security staff mentor (Sergeant or above)
Mentorship begins immediately upon reporting to the assigned facility
Role of the Mentor
Mentors provide:
Guidance and oversight
Constructive feedback
Professional development support
Assistance with workplace challenges

Building Confidence and Professional Judgment
The mentorship program ensures officers develop:
Sound decision-making
